It was 5 years ago today I had my last cigarette.
I remember it well. It was a nasty Newport a bus driver gave me at the Metal Masters tour. I got about half way through it and was starting to feel sick and hated it.
Never looked back.
Apparently this (which is actually me) was to be a precursor to the rest of my professional career
