Just a quick note on how well Iman is doing.

She is still on the Phenobarbital and is showing significantly less signs of whatever was happening. In fact, I’d say it’s completely subsided. As much as we’d like to take her off the medicine, it’s likely it is having a positive effect. Geneva and I did take her to get a second opinion this week. If you’ve seen the video of her before the medicine, it let most to believe it was neurologically based. But this doctor, after having a physical examination of Iman, feels it’s actually physically related. We have her scheduled for x-rays tomorrow morning. One thing we neglected to mention is she does have some minor scarring on her left hind leg. We have no idea what it was caused from. She might have been in a fight. She may have had a sickness. She may also have had surgery and has a pin her leg. We really have no way of knowing. When the doctor watched her gate and her “goose-stepping” he was further led to believe it’s a physical problem. So he provided us with some Rimadyl to help ease any pain she might be having. This medication didn’t last too long before it had negative side effects and we stopped the medication.

She is in great spirits and eating as much as she can. Her and Bowie continue to wrestle and chase toys or each other. We’re positive there will be a great outcome for Iman. Thanks for everyones support and well wishes.
