I had the pleasure of meeting and talking with Brooklyn based artist Arik Roper last night. This was someone who I knew, but didn’t know he knew someone I knew. He’s known Matt from High on Fire much much longer than I have, but he (Matt) offered us both VIP passes to the Gigantour show last evening. This was all due to Stella being friends with Matt and Erika and knowing how much I’d appreciate going to the show. Arik is someone I consider in high regard and admire his talent. Hopefully I can talk to him some more about potentially collaborating a bit.
