I couldn’t resist.
I received this from a head hunter this afternoon.

Dear Nathan,

My name is Peter and I’m an IT recruiter at Algomod Technologies Corporation. Our records show that you are an experienced IT professional with experience AS A STORAGE ADMIN. This experience is relevant to one of my current openings.

The opening requires HP EVA, in addition to the above skills. It is located in Stamford, CT.

Responsibilities:
Storage admin, responsible for the day to day operations of the storage enviornment. The enviornment is HP EVA (HP’s equivalent to EMC Symmetrix) and Cisco SAN switches (SAN swiches is key, not network). If they have MS windows experience, that is a plus.

If you are qualified, available, interested, planning to make a change, or know of a friend who might have the required qualifications and interest, please call me ASAP at (212) XXX-XXXX, even if we have spoken recently about a different position. You may also send me an e-mail. If you do respond via e-mail please include a daytime phone number so I can reach you. In considering candidates, time is of the essence, so please respond ASAP. Thank you.
Sincerely yours,
Peter Kerner
Algomod Technologies Corp.

For real? Why. You clearly didn’t actually READ my resume, did you!?
