Blur

I was up for nearly 24 hours yesterday. I only realized this when I was walking up the stairs to my and noticed how sore my body was. I got up relatively early on Monday and got to work about an hour early. Which was good because there was a few things I want to get a jump on before people were hassling me about stuff they needed. Day was relatively painless… and I had plans to go out last night.

Headed home, grabbed some food and watched the end of the hockey game. Ventured into the city where I was to meet up with Justine. I got there about an hour or so before here, and we wound up closing the place. We finally venture home and bounce around the neighborhood a bit, and realize nothing is open and head to my place. We were farting around for too long and realized, shit, it’s nearly 7am. So, I crash and get a few hours of sleep and head to work. I really was fine until about an hour ago where it caught up with me. Very tired. I think it’s nap time soon. One more day, Hannah’s birthday and a long drive north to NH. That’s what’s in store for me.

Interesting note… the Naked Brothers Band is being highlighted at Apple right now… the main image, I made it. Pretty cool.

Over 20,000 songs

I reached the 20,000 mark in my iTunes library tonight. Granted, this isn’t a big accomplishment, just a weird fact.
It ranges from Punk to Rock to Country to Hip Hop. It breaks down many branches of each of those genres… it’s aural entertainment. I dig it all.

Wake up

I saw the sun come up… and then stay up for quite some time today. I strolled home around 8am or so… and then crashed. Obviously slept late, but did get up so it wouldn’t completely screw up my schedule. Fingers crossed. In an odd coincidence I received this video today. If you’ve ever had a cat or slept in a place where there was one, you’ll completely understand the humor.

Hot

In mid-November it shouldn’t be necessary for you to run your AC unit to keep cool in your house.

Last night I finally decided to turn it on after having 2 nights of heat. Prior to last night I had the fan AND the window open with 45 degree weather outside. It was still a toasty 80-85. Not really comfortable sleeping temperatures.

I guess this is what happens when the person on the top floor who maintains the building heat is from Texas.
