Taking it easy, for a bit. Relaxing my mind and my body. Trying not to overdue things. Including thinking. Absorb myself in things which are fun and easy going. Maybe get a pencil and a sketchpad. Drawing will help me relax and repeat. Ready for this change… hoping for good things. Have to be self motivated and empowered. I still miss a certain someone… she gives good hugs.
