Another Christmas in the books, and I just got home. Time for bed.
Month: December 2007
Wetness
Been in New Hampshire for about 6 hours and have seen the constant rain wipe away about 8 inches of snow.
Save some for tomorrow please!
A Brooklyn Christmas
It’s eerily quiet outside.
I hear the lone bus humming on Bedford Avenue.
I hear the pigeons with their gullet songs.
I hear a car alarming several blocks away.
I hear people strolling by my window.
I hear faint Christmas carol songs being played.
I hear an empty city.

Nothing short of pants on fire
No. My pants aren’t on fire. C’mon.
This weekend is going to be filled, I can tell already. Tonight I’m going to Duff’s, dinner with Tracy and Stella. Tomorrow I pack and search of hidden things in my house. At night I go to the Rob Zombie/Ozzy Osbourne show. After which I head back to Duff’s for their Christmas party which is rumored to be a packed event. Then I sleep a few hours, hop in the car and bugger off to the New Hampshire. Christmas Eve I’ll be with Charest and Kreg at Wildcat getting my first turns of the season in. I’m so excited to see mass amounts of snow. Then Christmas. I may ride one more day, but I’m playing it by ear at this point. Then I travel back to Brooklyn where I go back to work on Friday. Saturday I’m off to NJ to go see Clutch, for real this time.
Busy week. Then it’s New Years, and I happily have no plans for it this year.
